We believe in empowering you and your team and we know that the leadership skills and emotional intelligence skills required to get the results you desire can take time.

We also know that you most likely have a big vision for your school or district. Big vision requires big support because without it, the environment can take over. And because it takes time to shift cultures in organizations, we are committed to supporting you with 1-1 coaching as well as group coaching on a consistent, frequent, and on-going basis.

Our coaching philosophy is that you have everything you need to be successful, and just need the right type of support to fully actualize it. We know that the toughest part of leading and teaching is dealing with people and therefore we provide a wide array of relationship management tools to allow you to navigate the terrain of leading difficult conversation, managing team dynamics, and inspiring your people to want to follow you. Most importantly we hold a supportive and empathic space for you and help you internalize the vital skills of emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and social awareness that effective leaders rely to not only avoid burning out but to lead with more peace, joy, and effectiveness.

Perhaps most importantly, these skills can help you thrive in your personal life as well, so that you can have more energy for yourself, your loved ones, and those you serve at work.

Our 1-1 coaching sessions and group coaching sessions, are designed to provide you with ongoing support with integrating the skills you learned from us into new situations that come up for you at work. Whether it’s dealing with interpersonal dynamics, having difficult conversation, and making critical decisions, our coaches are masters at helping you navigate these experiences with more ease and in full alignment.
