“This platform was amazing, and honestly, it went above any expectations I had. I felt SO connected with my colleagues!”
“It doesn’t take much time of effort to focus on well-being. Also that well-being can be incorporated into life instead of taking out time to focus on wellness and well-being.”
“It made me focus on enjoying the little things! Great program! I truly enjoyed it!!!”
PRACTICE HEALTHY HABITS
Daily mindfulness check-ins. Personal reflections. Inspiration.
In the Challenge App you’ll find evidence-based tools and practices to develop optimal mental health and well-being.
It only takes 5 minutes a day to play along. Those minutes and micro adjustments over 30 days create real behavioral change.
“Being intentional and thoughtful in finding the wins.”
Joe Schmidt, Principle
“I really enjoyed the weekly videos and the daily inspiration. Taking time each day to focus on the “wins” and the gratitude allowed or gave permission to slow the mind down and to reflect. I always have an intention to do this but never take the time.”
Lisa Cadotte
“I enjoyed stopping and thinking about self-care. This is something I certainly don’t do.”
Janet Bertoldi
BUILD A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY CULTURE
Virtual shout outs and high fives offer support to peers creating a positive culture of community and connection.
“I’ve had a gratitude journal of my own for years, but it felt vulnerable sharing my daily gratitude with my colleagues. Once I got comfortable sharing gratitudes, it felt liberating to break through my own vulnerabilities. I also loved reading what everyone else shared.”
Riley Bolt
“I enjoyed just being present in connecting with staff, friends and family. I also helped me to look at the positives in life even when things seem like they are not going well!”
Michael Wildfong
PLAYFUL PARTICIPATION
Participants find it easy to stay consistent. They are encouraged to engage daily as they amass points for each mini task they complete.
EQ Schools awards prizes and hosts a raffle at the end of the challenge to make this self-care and shared-care experience even more exciting.
“I liked to have a shared platform for gratitude sharing. I found it held me accountable and I was more likely to post.”
Sara Harwood
“Truly remembering to be there for yourself – was a big takeaway for me.”
